HR & Office Manager - Tech Start Up

An HR & Office Manager is required by a boutique Cybersecurity firm based in London. In this varied role, you’ll work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to provide a wide range of duties which will cover HR, Recruitment, Finance, Compliance and Office Management. You’ll receive a salary of up to £30,000 and be given the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of areas within the business.

You’ll ideally be a Graduate within Business, Finance or Economics with some experience within Operations, HR, Recruitment or Finance. If that sounds like you, then read on!

Your Duties
You’ll help to partake in the growth journey of a dynamic start-up by supporting all operational, financial and HR activities.

You’ll join an organisation within the Cybersecurity and Risk Management space. The company have been shortlisted for numerous awards, currently employ 8 staff and are about to embark on a recruitment drive. The company have a fantastic culture and have an absolutely fantastic canteen on site!

Your Skills
You'll be a bright and ambitious Graduate who is looking for a role within a smaller company where you’ll be given the opportunity to grow. You’ll ideally have previous experience of working for a Start-Up company and it would be desirable to have a real interest in Tech / Cybersecurity.
You'll be looking for a varied role which will give you exposure to a wide range of business areas, with a large part being HR & Recruitment focussed. You’ll be IT savvy and be used to working with Software Packages such as Xero or HubSpot or Salesforce.

Near to Victoria Station in London

Your Salary / Hours
You’ll typically work 9am to 6pm, with an hour to have lunch in the fantastic canteen!
Your salary will be in the £25,000 to £30,000 range, but will be dependent on your experience.
